DS 1 leaves tomorrow to go back to basic training. The Christmas decorations are put away. We are going to go to the "river" as a family for the next couple of days for one last visit before my Dad sells it. And Monday we will return to school/work.
I have to say that my mood at the end of 2008 and looking into 2009 is content. I love where we are in our lives. We are enjoying our friends and family. And I am blessed.
When I count my blessings, there is no doubt that my blogging friends are a big portion of them. And I am so greatful for my friends and my family. So I want to wish each of you a year filled with blessings and joy!

I'm so happy for you that you are content. When I'm not I look around and ask myself WHY NOT? It's crazy sometimes.... but this time it's BIG... and it's something I'm going to have to get professional help for... and it's going to be HARD and it might take a long time. But God is with me... and I'll quit being hard-headed soon... and take that first little step. Thank you for being here - and for praying for me... cuz I'm surely gonna need that!
