I'm Alive...and the COLTS are too!!

Go Colts!!!! I am so happy for Tony Dungy and the Colts. As I told you, I really am a fan of Dungy. He continues to stand firm for what he believes in...even in a world that sometimes makes us veer off course. What a testimony to his faith!! Truth be told, though, BOTH coaches last night would have been terriffic winners. I just had to root for the Colts!!

Now, I've received several email wondering if I fell off the planet. Nope. I've been away at a Women's Emmaus Weekend...a spiritual renewal weekend. I was working the weekend and am extremely TIRED...but BLESSED!! I promise I'll be back in the swing of things either today or later this week. I want to get around to check all of your blogs. I actually found myself wondering about many of you over the weekend.

Have a GREAT week!!

DA BEARS!! We are from Illinois and we remain true to our heritage you know!! That was the FIRST football game that I have ever watched!! My hubby was so excited that HIS BEARS were in the Super Bowl!! I thought I had better watch. He was not upset but just happy that they made it there. Lovey Smith is also a Christian so I think the whole game made an impact on everyone...Sandy
OH...I almost forgot...My hubby and I LOVED the Illusionist!! GREAT MOVIE!!

Hi Susan! Sorry about your team. We don't watch TV any more, but do keep up on our favorite sports personalities through newspapers, etc. Thanks for stopping by and may you have a very blessed Tuesday!

Even though I am not much of a football fan, I was glad the Colts won. I really appreciated the coach's remarks that while it was historical that he and the Bears coach were the first African American coaches in the Super Bowl and that they were both good friends, it was more important that they are both Christians and he thanked God for everything. What a wonderful testimony!

Well... I was rootin' for the bears -- but I really didn't care either way. I chose the bears cuz I like bears... hubby chose the colts cuz he knew who Peyton was! We are NOT big football people around here! We watch our REDSKINS, and if ya ain't a REDSKIN ya ain't NOBODY! LOL! Of course... it's been quite some time since the REDSKINS were ANYbody either!!! LOL! I'm just glad to hear that YOU were away havin' FUN and gettin' spiritually REVIVED! (and not anything horrible that I could have imagined...) And doing it with a bunch of women -- how GREAT! Sounds like a ton of fun to me! And now I'm glad to have you back! *nod*
