Thirteen H words that describe Susan:
1. Hang-ups: I have 'em. Who doesn't? I loved the poster that was popular when I was in college--"I have a hang up for the one who was hung up for my hang ups."
2. Helping: I love helping other people. I've told you before that I dream of being a philanthropist. This is why the band is in the corner of my blog "Help Make Poverty History". We can ALL do something to help with this. For information, visit One.org. Please consider helping!!
3. Hands: I am a "hand person". I notice them and actually it's one of the first things I noticed on my DH when we met.
4. Home: I love being at home. Although I am not so domestic, I DO love to be in my house and visit with people there.
5. Healthy: I'm relatively healthy in that I've really had no long term illnesses or any such thing. I'm working on getting healthier as I'm still working out with the trainer twice a week and other times beyond that.
6. Hugs: I love to give and get HUGS!!
7. History: This was not my favorite subject in high school, but now I LOVE reading historical work and visiting historical sites.
8. Hope: I live each and every day knowing that my hope is in Jesus. This makes those moments when I am "sweating small stuff" really insignificant because it is He who sustains me.
9. Husband: I have the BEST husband in the world. He continues to dream big and pursue his passions. I am so very blessed to have him in my life.
10. Held: I love this song, by Natalie Grant. I posted about it as Hurricane Dennis approached the coast in 2005. The words are amazing. You can read more here.
11. Heart: I pretty much think from my "heart" all the time. I'm a sap and I know it. I let my emotions get the best of me sometimes. Although that can lead to real hurts, I'm not sorry.
12. Heaven: I am 100% excited that I'm going to spend eternity in Heaven! I love reading about those streets of gold and mansions waiting for those who love Jesus there.
13. Hostess: Even though I am not domestic, I do love entertaining. I enjoy having people over and visiting with them.
14. I had to come back and add two more "H" words after posting the original 13. HALLELUJAH...HILLSONG United's Shout to the Lord was the finale on Idol Gives Back.
{Despite ending up with 14 words, I think "H" was the HARDEST--a good "h" word---so far!}

YES!! I was so excited last night to see the idols singing..."Shout to the Lord"..Hubby was in the other room and I hollered for him to come see. This is one of the most viewed programs and they ended last night with such a God inspiring song!! What a blessing!!
Hands, Yeap, I am one of those too. I think that is one of the things I loved about my hubby too. Now he is getting arthur in them and that makes me so sad and feel so bad for him...

A great 'h' list. One more word that I think would describe you is harmony. Seems like you are able to keep harmony in your work and home.
